The house includes 3 bedrooms plus a potential guest room on the ground level w/the main living,dining & kitchen area. A "tree top" master suite populates the second story providing an expansive view of the Canyon tree canopy while maintaining total privacy. All of the utilities and systems were updated to drastically reduce the energy use of the house.
